What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Uoppl.com do not charge any delivery fess. The only taxes you will pay can be in the goods destination country. Where your country can charge you for taxes based on national rules

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept PayPal for the most, and any credit card that can be paid using the PayPal network. Future integrations will be available. Our customers will be updated from time to time.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on our suppliers and on delivery country. Delivery time can run from 48 hours up to 30 days. You will get a tracking code where you can track you purchase in real time.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All our data is protected by a secure SSL certificate as well as our server that follow severe actions to protect the site and our customer data and privacy. All your personal information are secured and protected on our company server in a separate path.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you make you order, the process will begin and within 24 hours you will get the order confirmation. Once your order is confirmed we will send you the tracking code (as soon as it will be available). At this stage sit on your sofa and wait for the delivery. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Of course. You will receive an automatic invoice to your email registered address. Also if you want to make a present to your friends and family you can add the destination address that can be different of your personal address.
